On behalf of the Chinese Ocular Fundus Diseases Society of Chinese Medical Association and the Asian-Pacific Vitreo-retina society, we have the pleasure and honor to invite you and your family members to attend and actively participate in the 2nd Congress of Asian-Pacifc Vitreo-retina Society (CAPVRS) in conjunction with the 12th Congress of Chinese Ocular Fundus Diseases Society (CCOFDS) held in Chengdu from April 5 to April 7, 2007.
Call for Abstracts
The meeting invites all interested individuals to submit abstracts within 1000 words via the online submission (highly recommended): www.coretina.com and the Email submission: cjoofd@yahoo.com.cn. The dead line for abstract submission is February 28, 2007.

The Organizing Committee will make arrangements to pick you up at the airport or railway station on April 4 (depart from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport per hour from 10:00 to 23:00 and from the North Railway Station per hour from 8:00 to 21:00) and see you off at the airport or railway station on April 8 (depart from the hotel or railway station per hour from 9:00 to 12:00).
Expenses
The expenses of registration, travel and accommodation should be paid by yourself.
Registration Fees: RMB 500 for the delegates with abstract submitted in advance and RMB 600 for the ones without.
Room Rates: RMB 420 per day for a double-bedded guest room, and the summation is RMB 1680 for 4 days).
Meal Rates: RMB 140 per day for one individual, and the summation is RMB 420 for 3 days (RMB 30 for a lunch and RMB 110 for a dinner). Before the registration day and after the departure day, the room rates remain the same but the meals will not be considered.
The expense for each accompanied family member is composed of the sum of the room and board and another RMB 200.
