Welcome to submit abstracts in Chinese or English to the secretariat of the 2nd Congress of Asian-Pacific Vitreo-retina Society in conjunction with the 12th Congress of Chinese Ocular Fundus Diseases Society (2nd CAPVRS & 12th CCOFDS). The requirements are as follows:
1. Contents: diagnosis and treatment of retinal, uveal, optic-nerve, and systematic-related diseases; examinations of iconography, electrophysiology, ultrasound, and laboratory for ocular fundus diseases; medicinal treatment, photocoagulation, and vitreo-retinal surgery for ocular fundus diseases; experimental and clinical research on ocular fundus diseases; latest development of the researches on ocular fundus diseases and the communication of the clinical experiences; discussion about difficult cases.
2. Structure: an abstract within 1000 words including 4 parts: objective, method, result, and conclusion. The abstract should involve the main purpose and background, the elementary information and observational method, detailed data and the experimental and clinical significance, and the conclusions. The abstract of a review should include the present situation and the expected development of the investigation. The case report should contain the special symptoms and the results of diagnosis, treatment, and the follow-up observation.

4. Reviewing procedure: The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the congress, and then the presentation formats will be considered.
